This policy applies to all Techstation services (Managely, Odoo SaaS, White-Label). Our business model is simple: we provide software, not trade in data. We **never** sell your data, and we **never** share it with third parties for marketing. We only process it to provide and improve your service. تنطبق هذه السياسة على جميع خدمات تك ستيشن. نموذج عملنا بسيط: نحن نقدم برمجيات، ولا نتاجر بالبيانات. نحن **أبداً** لا نبيع بياناتك، و**أبداً** لا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة للتسويق. نحن نعالجها فقط لتقديم وتحسين الخدمة لك.
Information We Process المعلومات التي نعالجها
1. Client Data (You are the "Controller") 1. بيانات العميل (أنت "المتحكم" بها)
This is the data you upload into our systems (e.g., Managely, Odoo). We are the "Processor" for this data. You own it completely. هذه هي البيانات التي ترفعها إلى أنظمتنا (مثل ماناجلي وأودو). نحن "المعالج" لهذه البيانات. وأنت تمتلكها بالكامل.
- ERP Data: Customer lists, invoices, accounting entries, inventory, HR records. بيانات ERP: قوائم العملاء، الفواتير، قيود المحاسبة، المخزون، سجلات الموظفين.
- User-Generated Content: Any files or reports you create within the platform. المحتوى المُنشأ: أي ملفات أو تقارير تنشئها داخل المنصة.
2. Account & Usage Data (We are the "Controller") 2. بيانات الحساب والاستخدام (نحن "المتحكم" بها)
This is the data we collect to manage your account, provide support, and ensure platform security. هذه هي البيانات التي نجمعها لإدارة حسابك، وتقديم الدعم، وضمان أمان المنصة.
- Account Information: Admin name, business email, phone number, and billing details. معلومات الحساب: اسم المسؤول، البريد الإلكتروني للعمل، رقم الهاتف، وتفاصيل الفواتير.
- Usage Data: System performance metrics, feature usage, API logs, and IP addresses for security auditing. بيانات الاستخدام: مقاييس أداء النظام، استخدام الميزات، سجلات API، وعناوين IP للتدقيق الأمني.
How We Protect Your Data (Security Measures) كيف نحمي بياناتكم (الإجراءات الأمنية)
Encryption at Rest & In Transit التشفير (أثناء التخزين والنقل)
All your Client Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256. All communications with our servers are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.2+. جميع بيانات العميل الخاصة بك مشفرة أثناء التخزين (at rest) باستخدام AES-256. جميع الاتصالات مع خوادمنا مشفرة أثناء النقل (in transit) عبر TLS 1.2+.
Strict Access Control التحكم الصارم في الوصول
We enforce the 'Principle of Least Privilege'. Right to Access & Correction حق الوصول والتصحيح
You can access and update your Account Information directly from your settings. يمكنك الوصول إلى معلومات حسابك وتحديثها مباشرة من الإعدادات.
Right to Deletion (Data Erasure) حق الحذف (محو البيانات)
You can terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your Client Data will be scheduled for permanent deletion from our systems. يمكنك إنهاء حسابك في أي وقت. عند الإنهاء، سيتم جدولة بيانات العميل الخاصة بك للحذف النهائي من أنظمتنا.
Data Portability إمكانية نقل البيانات
We provide tools within the platform to export your Client Data in standard formats (e.g., CSV, PDF) at any time. نوفر أدوات داخل المنصة لتصدير بيانات العميل الخاصة بك بتنسيقات قياسية (مثل CSV, PDF) في أي وقت.
Right to Object to Processing حق الاعتراض على المعالجة
You can object to our processing of your Account Data for marketing (e.g., unsubscribe from emails). We do not use Client Data for marketing. يمكنك الاعتراض على معالجتنا لبيانات حسابك للتسويق (مثل إلغاء الاشتراك من الإيميلات). نحن لا نستخدم بيانات العميل للتسويق.
